Once you have found the property you wish to buy, let us know the details and we will contact the estate agents and the Seller's Solicitors. Once we receive the relevant documents from the Seller's Solicitors we can make the relevant searches. We use an excellent on-line service who ensure the search results are received as soon as possible. We will then report to you upon our findings and explain any documents which you are unsure of. We will keep you updated of the progress at all times.

SELLING A PROPERTY

When you have decided you wish to sell your property contact us as soon as possible. We will then prepare the documentation to send to your buyer's Solicitors when you accept an offer from a buyer. We will contact your current mortgage company to obtain your title deeds and keep them safe until the transaction is complete.

Re-Mortgage your Property

We understand there are a lot of mortgage providers offering competitive mortgage products. We will therefore aim to make the move from one mortgage provider to another as straight forward as possible.

Transfers of Equity

Throughout matrimonial matters, we often deal with transfers of equity from joint to sole names. We understand the matrimonial proceedings can be a difficult time for all parties involved. We are willing to complete matrimonial transactions and help finalise matters for you.
